Panic: My server want to sent vital information to outside incubustk@another.com

This morning, I noticed that I've got an email, that said that my email
(root account) has been rejected by mail server.
But, I never sent email to outside with root account.
But, what socked me was that email has vital information about my server.
Like my network configuration, passwd file, shadow file and my computer
type, processor, memory etc.

What was happening?

And I also noticed, that I can not login to ssh server anymore. Although I
can login with telnet.
Event from the server it self.
I think it related.

Please help me.
