i am a pretty patient person. i have been looking at this
"Starting pcmcia:" for 6 minutes now. the last time i tried,
when i came back, the machine was completely unresponsive
and screen was blank.
note this was an install onto a machine that was running 6.1
fine with the pcmcia card that was present.
is there any chance that adding ram will help get it
through the boot?
