glibc build problems

I tried to build glibc from the newly released glibc-2.3.2-nnnn.src.rpm
using the following command:

rpmbuild -ba --clean --target i686 glibc.spec

things plug along for (Quite) a while until I see this:

make: Leaving directory `/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.3.2-200304020432/build-i686-linux'
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.72631 (%install)


RPM build errors:
    Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.72631 (%install)

This doesn't tell me anything that I can use to correct the problem, so
what do I do now?
