Hi guys,
I was just wondering...although this may not be relevant, but has anyone tried installing Fedora Core 1?
What happens to redhat now that it is officially not gonna be developed any further by redhat?

What is currently called Red Hat Linux becomes Red Hat Enterprise Linux in three flavors: workstation, enhanced server and advanced server. What was to be Red Hat Linux 10 is now Fedora. RH Linux 9 will stop being updated by Red Hat in April, I think. This is all on the Red Hat website.

As to Fedora, I run it. Fedora promises to be a bit more "cutting edge"
than Red Hat Linux was or RHEL will be.

There is a very busy list, not unlike this one at
fedora-list redhat com You can subscribe to that list just
like this one at

https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list

Hope to see you there!
