What specification computer you need will depend on how heavily it is to
be used. I have a little AMD K6-2 550MHz with 256M ram as my
gateway/server computer here at home. It does a few hundred emails per
day, the web server is hardly used, the family and I go via it to surf
the web. This computer is more than enough for my needs. For anyone to
give you an idea of the specification needed then please provide some
more information.
How many emails per day?
How many page accesses to your webserver?
etc.
Hope this helps
Chris
