Hi Chris,
1. I am going to configure mail server, webserver, DNS ,..etc for
using around 10 people. So may be we will receive/send few hundred
mails per day.(Because my people have subscribed few mialing lists, so
we may receive few hundreds or at the maximum 2 thousand mails per day).
2. Regarding page access to my webserver.. I dint get you clear
pictuer Chris. Can you please give me the clear pictuire?
3. Any way what ever the configuration may be. But we can prepare a
server with normal PC right? From our mailing friends mails I
understood that we can prepare a server machine with normal PC based
on the requirement. Correct me If I am wrong.

From what you say, I think a desktop type PC is going to suit your
needs (but I qualify that). Give it lots of RAM (minimum 512MBytes).
Your point 2 about the webserver, my question was to try to understand
how much it will be used. If 10 people are using it all day, every day,
for doing their work then that is a lot more than just occasional use,
if so I would consider the webserver on a different computer. Is the
webserver just for your 10 people internally, or is it intended for
others from the outside to use?
There are other points to consider in choosing hardware, reliability and
backup. If the computer fails, how important is this to your business?
If critical then perhaps you could consider a RAID disc array. Have a
strategy for doing backups (configuration files, mail files, your
webserver files etc). Select the type of case you are going to put the
computer in. I use midi-tower or full-tower cases so there is room for
expansion. Is reliability sufficiently important to have dual power
supplies? The answers to these questions may take you into the low-end
server market.
Please also take advice from others, do not just rely on me.
Regards
Chris
