Goo Gone or WD40 will probably work. Also, using a hairdryer to remove the sticker work well. I'm not sure if it works on the gung after you've removed the sticker.
I imagine nail polish remover might also do the trick.
I vote for Goo Gone. One of the best products I've ever seen for that sort of thing.

Hi! I just finished installing RedHat 9.0 on my new Dell Inspiron 8600. Everything went fine up until the last minute. You see, I can't seem to get rid of the sticky residue left behind when I peeled of the "Designed for Windows XP" sticker. Any suggestions?
