Hi,
I'm an extremely newbie linux user...
I have a box with both xp and RH 8.0 installed. I am
able to connect to the web through an ethernet (RealTek) through xp, but not
through linux. I think all the settings (IP's, etc)
are the same but there doesn't seem to be any communication with the outside
world with linux. I'm running RedHat
8.0 which I have just installed.
I’m also unable to print to a directly connected printer although
I suspect this is a different issue.
Any thoughts?
