Lilo boot loader problems

Hi I'm having problems with the bootloader when i intially start my computer the bios loads ok then it just says grub at the top left hand corner of the screen - i then can only boot to linux via a boot disk. I can't get to my windows partition at all. In the Lilo boot manager in kde i get the following message

System Config
750Mhz amd athlon
512 mb ram
one 10 gig hdd with windows xp pro on
one 80 gig hdd with linux partition (ext3) and one ntfs and one fat32
Linux 7.3 installed
Windows XP Pro installed
