Possibly, possibly not. Does the package put support files in /usr/lib
or someplace similar? Does either system have differing libraries from
stock install or do they differ from each other in any way (i.e. one
more up-to-date than the other)?
If you mean you build an RPM on one system and move it to install it on
another, you'll have more success even under the differences I mentioned
above.
In the end, the best way to find out is to try it. It'll probably work.
But it might not.
