Install of parallel zip Redhat 8.0

Hi all,
I now have a 100Mb Zip parallel ZIP drive on my machine and want to look at it with RH8.0. I looked at the mini-howto, and tried to do insmod ppa, however this came back saying that it could not find something like remove_module.scsi, with a long number in the name as well.
Unfortunately I am not near my machine to give the exact errors, but there were 3 similar, and all seem to do with scsi.

Any ideas?
