RH8 Install Crashes Copying Image to HD

Please help!! I have been trying for days to install RH8!! I am trying to setup my PC with a dual boot between Win XP and RH8. XP is installed and I have freed up about 8GB of hard disk space for RH8. I put the CDs in and started the installation, I choose the settings I want and it starts copying the install image to the HD, but it always crashes out of anaconda at the same place(which is just before the progress bar gets to the end). The error message says something about 'anaconda-gnome-canvas error', 'path != NULL'.

Interestingly I downloaded the image files and burnt them to CD, so thinking it might be a corrupt CD, I tested the media and it crashed out saying something that looked like memory addresses. I actually went out and bought the RH8 Bible book, which had the CDs (I did want the book, so I wasn't wasting money), and tested them as well but it still did the same thing. I also tried to install from the hard disk, but I had a similar problem with it crashing out of anaconda when it was installing the packages.

Does anyone known how I could get it to work?
