Can't Get "redhat-config-users" to Work in RH8

I'm trying to manage the users on my RH8 system.  When I click the users
icon on the start application menu nothing happens.  When I type
"redhat-config-users" as root in an xterm, I get the following error
message:

    /usr/share/redhat-config-users/redhat-config-users: line 4: 3034
segmentation fault
    /usr/bin/python2.2 /usr/share/redhat-config-users/redhat-config-users.py

Any ideas to resolve would be much appreciated.
