If his system is as broken as the post indicates, even
that may not fix it but here is the info he needs:
M$KB Q314058, 310497, http://www.jsiinc.com/ tip
#4300. If he has forgotten, there is also system
restore which will allow him to roo the system back to
a restore point prior to the issues occurring. Good
