Networking with RH 8.0

Hey ppl, I've managed to setup internet connection sharing with windows
98SE, although for some reason when a third machine is attached to the
switch it isn't able to connect the the internet, anyone know why?  What
I really wanna do is network these machine with the RH 8.0 machine
acting as the gateway.  I have two network cards in the gateway machine
and I know the IP addresses of the other machines as I determined them. 
I'm a bit lost how to do this with linux.  Windows basically does it all
for you.

I've got Webmin installed, I understand that Webmin makes this kind of
configuration easier, but I'm still completely lost - anyone know how to
do this?
