RE: RH9 install problem



Ok, I was not clear enough...

I boot perfectly fine until the part where it asks the boot type
(rescue, driver disk,  linux, linux text, etc. I put 'linux' and ti
starts a text based GUI and puts a menu with four or five items: Hard
Disk | Local CDROM | FTP | HTTP | NFS image. I think that was it. If
there I chose CDROM it says that the CD in my drive is not the correct
one (I'm sure it's the 1st image). And if i try to boot from my hard
drive (I copied the release notes and the RedHat direcotry to a linux
native FS) it says that the HD install does not support GUI installation
and shuts down.

Any ideas?
