You have updated your kernel but probably only the binaries. You have to update the kernel source as it is told in the error description. I do not know if up2date permits you to update the sources, but knowing the kernel version you have installed you can go to www.kernel.org and download them. May the best option is to explore up2date to get the sources.
Good luck.

I have used up2date to update my kernel today, now I need to reinstall
mu nvidia driver. When I run the install for nvidia, I get the
following error......
ERROR:Unable to find the kernel header files for the currently running
kernel. Please make sure you have installed the kernel header files for
your kernel; On Red Hat Linus systems for example, be sure you have the
kernal-source RPM installed. If you know the correct kernal header
files are installed you may specify the path with --kernal-include-path
command line option.
OK so should these have been installed when up2date was run, since it
installed a new kernel. If so how do I go back and get them?
