Is the installed base of the size of 386Mb? If it is so then it came down as
RPM files which are compressed. Thus smaller files got transferred to your
target PC in smaller amount of time and were expanded there therefore
occupying 386Mb finally. In the second instance you are copying data which
is 400Mb on the source and is not compressed before transfer.
