If you want GRUB to be your boot manager, it needs to be in the MBR.

It should pick them up automatically during the install, but double
check the /boot/grub/grub.conf file.

You'd need a boot manager that understands all three systems.  The
Windows loaders do NOT understand Linux and won't boot it.

The best boot manager I've seen is System Commander from V Systems.
About $20-40 at your local computer store.

I run W98, WXP, WNT, W2K and several Linux variants on one system by use
of System Commander.  And yes, you can use it to boot off drives other
than the first one in the system.

Yes, that is the infamous "labrat" machine of mine with 4 60GB SCSI
drives.  And yes, I'm weird.
