Help! PHP install problem on Redhat Linux

Hello,
I'm new at this so please bear with me. I'm trying to
install PHP on my system. I kept on getting errors so
I went to Redhat.com for help. The web page states
that I should download PHP from
ftp://ftp.redhat.com... However, everytime I try to
goto this web page I get a message that says "to many
users, please try again later". I've tried at
different hours during the day/night/middle of the
night and I get the same message.
Is this broken? Can somebody check?
