ntop installation

Hi 
i'm not specialist in linux system but i try to setup ntop
i'm now running on a redhat 9, new and fresh install as a server

I have download the rpm package ntop-2.2-0.i386.rpm
when i run rpm -i ntop-2.2-0.i386.rpm here are the result ..

error: Failed dependencies:
        libpcap is needed by ntop-2.2-0
        libcrypto.so.2 is needed by ntop-2.2-0
        libpcap.so.0.6.2 is needed by ntop-2.2-0
        libssl.so.2 is needed by ntop-2.2-0
        librrd.so.0 is needed by ntop-2.2-0

then i try to install libcap by runing rpm -i libcap-1.10-15.i386.rpm 
warning: libcap-1.10-15.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e
        package libcap-1.10-15 is already installed

what about this ?
