Hardware clock goes fast in RedHat 8.0

Hello,

We have a RedHat 8.0 installed on HP Netserver E800. The hardware clock 
of this system goes 1 minute early in a week. As the system is used for 
a time & attendance application, the clock has to show the correct time. 
The main board has been replaced 3 times but the problem continues. Are 
there any solutions to this problem?
