RH9 as a router with a ppp dialup

I have a rh 9 I am setting up as a router.



4 devices on network 192.168.2.5-8  getting info from DHCP

The redhat 9 device is 192.168.2.31  It also has a modem using ppp.  It gets
the ppp address through dhcp

Default router is 192.168.2.31 for the 4 devices

How to I route to outside world using ppp if I do not have a static address?

PS,  some of this info could replace the word ppp with DSL
