Help !!!! traceroute: Operation not permitted

I have installed Linux 8.0 recently, however, I found that when I login the Linux with normal user, I can't execute the traceroute command with the follow error message:

 

traceroute: icmp socket: Operation not permitted

 

Anyone can give me advice on this ???
