Being a root, I can execute the "traceroute" command.

However, I would like to ask that is there any way which I can enable a nomral user to use this command too ??

 

Actually, I have changed the access right of the "traceroute" to be 777, however, I still can't make it.

you write su, it will ask you to give the password of root.
After giving this password you can start that Program.
