RH 9 - Intel DK440LX install

I have an old DK440LX motherboard, with 2 PII-233MHz, 128MB ECC RAM.

The RH9 installation only begins if I use the ´linux mem=128M´ command at
the prompt. But, after a few seconds, it hangs.

Anybody can help me?
