I am attempting to install linux and have a partition question.
The application that will run over Linux has the following requirements:
"when partitioning the hard disk, be advised that the application uses
raw disk space to store data.
DO NOT create a file system on these partitions
Do NOT make them mountable
DO NOT place them in the /etc/fstab file.
Set up the hard disk with one or more partitions with no file system
created on them for the application"
Ok, that's it! Now what does this mean?!!? Using disk druid, how would
one set this up? Thanks on advance for the input.
Ed
