Hi,
I found out that only my Logitech USB webcam's microphone was reported
by sndconfig as being installed. Hence probably why I could only set the
mic's level (see 5). Plugging out the webcam and running the Sound Card
Detection utility again did now resulted in having sound.
If not a bug, this is, I think, something that at least could be
improved.
