For your average joe blow... Probably adds nothing.

BUT, for the corporate user, the Enterprise Redhat line has an EOL of 5
years, vs. 6 months.  It's more thuroughly tested and worked over as
well.

Redhat reps themselves have kinda said that Redhat Linux (non
Enterprise) is more of a developers playtoy.  They release that OS with
no promises of anything.

On one hand, this could suck for the end user, on the other, this could
make it easier for companies to bring Redhat in in a larger scale.
