CD Audio

Hi!

I am running RedHat 9 and everything is working great except when I try
to play a CD in CD Player 2.2.1.1.  The CD appears to play fine but
there is no audio coming out of my speakers.  I have checked in Volume
Control and the CD player is not muted and the level is all the way up.
All my other audio software like XMMS works fine.  Also, I can listen to
the CD without a problem if I plug a pair of headphones into the CD
player headphone jack.

I also know that audio from the CD drive does work because when I play a
DVD on the system with mplayer, audio plays through the speakers without
a problem.
