Hi,

My RH 8.0 powered, all purpose household server has been running fine, 
until a recent storm induced power failure. It gets its electrical power 
from a APC ups and was gracefully shut down. However, upon rebooting, 
named and X won't work. There seems to be some problem with the rpc 
services starting. The only servers affected seem to be NFS, NAMED and 
X. Several others, including DHCP and WEBMIN and SAMBA work fine. In 
fact all my windoze machines get IP addresses and users logon normally. 
All files are accessible and SSH works.

Here's  the  portion of my message log where things go south.
