Umm, perhaps you mean the S/N ratio has been _low_ (i.e. little
signal, much noise)?
I just subscribed to it, myself, and since I have precious little to
contribute, am going to have procmail divert it into another box for
me to review at my leisure (what's that?). If it's like the RedHat
List I subscribed to a few years ago, I'll find I don't have the time,
and will unsub.
