Fedora related questions, here or not?

I have a raft of fedora related questions (actually migration to fedora).

Are these lists an appropriate place for such?  If not, then where?

If so, then here are a couple:

1)I'm running a fully up to date RH9 at the moment.  If I want to 
  (convert to|upgrade to|change to) Fedora, what is the best path?
  
  a)download and (install|update|freshen) all my rpm's from Fedora?
  b)download the .iso images and install cleanly (Much more pain to get my
     current config back this way)?
  c)download the .iso images and upgrade to Fedora?  I've seen some stuff about
     RH9.0.93 that may be a Fedora migration on top of RH9.  Is this what I
     want?

2)Should I just wait, and keep up with my RH9 upgrades, and do a clean install
  somewhere down the road?
