I highly recommend using pxelinux and tftp instead of the pxe server. pxelinux
is part of the syslinux package. All the info you need is in the docs dir for
the syslinux package in the file pxelinux.doc

As for the boot images, I believe they are generated by the anaconda package, but
I have never had do to this myself. I just walk down the hall and corner an 
engineer. :)
