I have a NIC on my computer that has linux on
it. I generally use it to connect my main computer (the one with linux)
and my laptop together for transfering files between them (using windows).
I have a DSL modem (internal PCI) on my main computer, and a built in dial up on
my laptop. I'm having a hard time getting my DSL modem set up in Linux, so
I was wondering if I could use the dial up modem on my laptop through my NIC in
linux. Would that work, considering that the only OS on my laptop is
windows? How would I set something like that
up?
