Using my handy RPM finder at

http://www.rhil.net/cgi-bin/whats_where.cgi

We find that

/usr/lib/libgtkspell.so.0 is in gtkspell-2.0.4-1.i386.rpm
/usr/lib/libtk8.3.so is in tk-8.3.5-88.i386.rpm

gtkspell is not in the standard RH distro (according to "whichcd"),
but, interestingly is in the KRUD distro

which is a superset of RH 9.  Go to the rpmfind site mentioned
another poster to find gtkspell.

tk, however is on disk 3 of the RH 9 distro.
