Hmm i have a fx-5900 ultra and it installed fine when your setting up x
in the install pick "NV" as the type and then geforce 4 with 128 megs
should
get you up and running in a x at least it worked for me in redhat 9

this one out of my area but if you are thinking of dual booting you may
just want to use your two drives separately one for windows and one for
linux ii am running this setup with basically the same CPU with less ram
and its smoking fast in linux if you get redhat up and running get the
latest SMP kernel and in able hyperthreading in your bios way faster
than single CPU in the standard kernel good luck on your raid setup
