In this case the files all have the same names, so they will be all
replaced with the files in the package you last added.

rpm --justdb -e glibc-2.3.2-5 glibc-common-2.3.2-5
I assume both version of the glibc packages contain the same files, so you
only need to update the rpmdb. If not delete leftover files from the old
package by hand.
