Why has verisign been allowed to add a wild card to the TLD .com and
.net??

Now every possible domain name exists. Just try it, type
http://www.dfhgfrhsfhsdhdfavsfvafhhfahFA.COM it'll work. This has become
a serious problem for me, because when people mistype domian names, now
they get another search engine, and they think that the site they wanted
is down, or changed or gone. Is there anything that we can do against
this?
