Increasing MailBox size.

I just installed a new milserver, that is always connected to the net,
and collects my mail for me. I access this mail via IMAP, which is
great. But for some reason, after a day or so, I get error messages
saying that my mail box is full or something like that. I check my
server capacity, and it is at about 9%. How can I change the limit to
the amount of mail that I can store on my server?
