need to extract email from outlook express - any email programs forredhat do this?

I need to extract emails from outlook express - are there any email 
programs suitable for redhat that will do this? I've installed mozilla 4 
but even in this latest version it can only import emails from netscape 
4. Or if anyone can suggest a third party utility that will help get my 
emails across, that would be appreciated...

p.s. not sure what version of outlook express it is, as win98 seems to 
just have bitten the ghost and won't boot now.
