Network / local host

I have just upgrade to RedHat 9.0.  When setting up the network, I left 
the Host name at localhost.localdomain.  However, in the hosts, I see no 
listing for 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain.

In the etc/hosts file, it does show 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain.

When I try to access http://localhost from Mozella, it gives an error 
"connection refused".

I am trying to get to where I can configure Samba via the localhost:901/

Help would be appreciated, the manuals did not seem to give much help.
