KDE, webmin, remote x, using new kernel

Hi, 

Ive just started using rh9, I used to use mandrake. I boot to a text login. How do I change my desktop to KDE, with KDE themes instead of red hat themes?

I have just installed the latest webmin, and when installing allowed port 10000, but I cant access webmin from my windows box. How do I get red hat to allow webmin?

How do I use a set up a remote desktop with red hat 9? I have winaxe on my windows box.

Finally, I have rolled my own version of 2.4.22, and changed lilo (im using lilo) to boot into it by default, but it doesnt list the new kernel and boots the old one. What do I do?
