BIOS question

Hello!
I know that this question has nothing with linux but I need help.
I have two servers with RH 9 and can not set up them to switch the power
supply
on after blackout or brownout without manual intervention.
I know there is somewhere a BIOS setting but can not find it!
The BIOS-es are AMI BIOS and AWARD BIOS.
