can linux box hold this load ?

Dear all;

i have a compaq server ml370 , pentium 3 700 and ram 368 mega i wonder if
this
server can work smoothly if i installed on it qmail with about 150 mail box
and let the same server works as gateway / firewall /authentication server
for my network users  , there r about 70  users in this lan ?
any ideas will be appreciated
