It should be on your distribution disks.  Assuming RH 9, it's on disk
3.  Use redhat-config-packages, or (as root)

  mount /dev/cdrom
  rpm -ivh /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/samba-swat*.rpm
  eject
