Greetings!

I assigned a LUN for one of our RH Linux 3.2.3-20 from our
IBM SAN.

On the RH Client, The Qlogic 2300 driver has been installed. I ran the
driveutility. The lsmod shows that
qla2300 has been loaded.

# lsmod | grep -i qla
qla2300 282588 0
scsi_mod 116904 3 [qla2300 mptscsih sd_mod]

# fdisk -l

Disk /dev/sda: 36.4 GB, 36401315840 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 4425 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 * 1 13 104391 83 Linux
/dev/sda2 14 4171 33399135 83 Linux
/dev/sda3 4172 4425 2040255 82 Linux swap

However, when I try fdisk -l, it doesn't show the LUN.

Any help or pointers, how can this be resolved would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
-Murali
