Gnome X on RH9

I've come to a "solution" for Gnome not running after logging out once...

I've always liked WindowMaker/GNUStep, so I bit the bullet and jumped in.
I've switched my Windowmanager to it and noticed something interesting:

When I login, it's up and running in about 2 seconds. Very nice.

I have questions about where to get dockable apps/utils, but haven't
gotten so far into it to worry to much. Any hints would be nice, however.
