CVS on RH8?

I'm trying to learn a bit about CVS. I have it installed on my RH8 box (I
believe it came with the distribution). So far I've found a doc page at
redhat that I was able to use to create CVSROOT. Can anyone point me to
tutorial info on setting up and using CVS?
