Thanks to Rick and Bob & Getting Started with RH Linux

Hi all,
   I wanted to drop a final thanks for all the help you've so
generously given me over the last week or two. The machine is up and
running well enough for a nice Christmas day for a 12 year old boy.
FC2, a newer kernel, Alsa sound, wireless networking, Samba
connectivity (I think...) to our Windows and Linux network at home,
Cedega (WineX) game playing with StarCraft and Half-Life loaded. He
should certainly be happy out of the gate. (I hope!)

   There are a few things to take care of after Christmas sometime.
I'll probably have to come back to the well to really figure those
out, but it won't be such a time sensitive thing as this was.

   Again, thanks to both of you for coming through with all the help.
It was great.
